Uncouth But Cool

It may be viewed as very uncouth, but after a hot sticky day, sitting on the chair in the shower alcove with one’s aching ankle and hot feet soaking in abowl of cool water with potassium salts added is a very healing experience.

Aaaaah! What is really stupid, however, is taking the tablet in with one (one, not me) is the height of electrifying stupidity, when it can so easily slip out of the hands and into the bowl plus feet. Note taken. Instead I will just paddle gently in the water and pretend I am at the seaside.

Over an hour later my feet feel ‘sparkly’ and the nasty pain has gone that came in awful waves last night has gone.

So couth is not all it is cracked up to be!
