Eyes and Art

These are the kind of art projects you can do using a tablet up close when your vision is going. I no longer paint portraits, but I take photos all the time so I can look at them up close later or anytime and see the small details. Currently that are 2300 pics from the last 3 years on my tablet that also go to the computer. Unfortunately I keep putting off sorting them into folders. It used to be very easy on Windows 7.

I use my favourite photos for my projects that I have made into Christmas presents so if you are one of my carers, or Ros and Angela look away now lol.

It is a bit of a fidling process but I use Vistaprint to make my projects because they want to make everything look right. They are replacing the first two orange mugs because the handles were, as per the photograph, not perfect, without any arguments. I have used them for years.

I have made them give two all the people who have been helpful during the year including my local taxi drivers, my postman, etc as a small gesture of appreciation.

The graphics this time were photos taken in our village gardens that I converted using an app. I chose a bright and cheery orange interior and handle this time you and added You are Special on the back for my 4 regular carers although we are not supposed to give gifts but I guess something as small as a personalised mug I’m sure is acceptable after all they have done for me over the year.
