My New Adjustable bed is a Life-Changer!

In fact, I have been waking so pain-free and energised I havent had time to stop and tell you! I’ve been getting lots done, spring-cleaned for Xmas (massive giveaway of stuff), entertained visitors, been out to lunch, and actually having a god time! And all because my new adjustable bed has arrived.

The grab rails are my own addition but the bed looks pretty normal. The height has been lowered by changing the legs so now it is easy and strain-free getting out

It is (ause for breath) the Sealy Palatial Flex Ultra Alevate Collection Energise Base – otherwise referred to in Bennetts Green Snoze as ‘The Eunice Special’.

Here is part of ný ñhe new bed height works perfectly, and as you could see the difference in just the first couple of nights sleep is just amazing. Though it is not usually that manic – honestly! My physio came an hour early because she had a plane to catch. My friend Janet is always like that. It was a very happy day.

Which reminds me. I swapped the new king single sheet that was pretty taut for a more flexible one that is not flattening out the mattress surface and now it is feeling as comfy as it did in the shop. I was so ill on the day I chose the bed, and desperate for some pain relief so I could sleep.This ensemble relieves the pressure by enabling position changes, as you know, but so many choices. I even drifted off and slept sitting up with the mattress supporting me without moving for hours, and that has never happened before. I am getting up without pain, just a few mild aches, and my mobility is better, meaning I have been able to do more things, I
