Now my visitors have a throne to sit on! Ive ordered the same perspex blocks to raise it a few centimetres as getting out is a bit of a heave. They work well on my settee, dont slip and are less clunky than hose ‘elephant feet’ chair raisers.

Ihad them raising my oak bed in England and in fact wisely shipped them to Australia. Ive only just found them on ebay at last. I hope they are as strong as my last set.
