Parkinson’s Art class

Happy, happy, happy!

First day of Parkinson’s art class in Hamilton. Back to basics but trying to find a way to do it now with my distorted vision and it went quite well so I am very heartened and looking forward to next week. The two hours is just a little bit long and getting uncomfortable for sitting but when we had a cup of tea and a biscuit. The nice thing was there were some people there I recognised from my other two exercise classes. I am giving the Parkinson’s dance class up for the moment until I can get the problem with my crumbling spine with the trapped nerves sorted. It nice to be back in Hamilton where I used to live for a time and I came home with two servings of mango chicken from the Indian restaurant. Just had time for a rest before my online grocery order arrived.
